We will never - under any circumstances - rent, sell, exchange or in any way make your information available to third parties.

Registration confirmation emails, along with the communication emails from the OttawaCEA will still be sent to you.

Ottawa CEA strives to provide a learning environment inclusive to all that respects the safety off its staff and participants. CEA reserves the right to prohibit registration or ask a participant to leave class when these values are not supported.

Cancelling classes and change of class location
Although unusual, Ottawa CEA reserves the right to cancel classes due to low registration. When 3 or fewer participants are registered to offer alternative educational options CEA will notify class participants 5 days before a class is scheduled

On rare occasions class locations may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy
When cancelling a prenatal class after it has been booked there is a $25 administration fee. If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the class there is a 50% cancellation fee. If it is less than 7 days there is no refund.
