As September rolls around, we get cooler mornings and crisp sunny days. This time of year we may be busy enjoying the last few weeks of our garden, going for beautiful walks and tidying up our homes because we slowly feel the gentle pull to spending more time indoors. For many, parenthood can cause conflicting emotions: joy, love, protectiveness, anger, exhaustion, and confusion. Parents can experience a significant amount of stress as priorities shift to the all-consuming role of caring for a newborn.
