New Parents: Discover Approaches That Fit Your Family

Feb. 13, 2025, 4:37 p.m.

Valentine’s Day is drifting to our door step with this snow fall!

We want to take an opportunity to thank you for being part of our community and entrusting us with your prenatal and early parenting education.

This day represents love and, with a new little bundle of love, we hope that you get lots of cuddles and feel your hearts expanding.

We have spaces available in our Prenatal classes!!

If you loved your class with us, please spread the word. <3

Back by POPULAR demand.. because we understand challenges of infant sleep and are here to support you.

Our Infant Sleep Class is designed to create a space for parents to follow their instincts when it comes to their new baby, setting the stage for optimal brain development. We emphasize that it's normal for babies to wake up during the night and that there are valid reasons for this behaviour. Our goal is to share the other side of the sleep story!

In this class, we will:

  • Identify individual and family needs.
  • Create support systems to help you feel more rested.
  • Provide a safe place for parents to share stories that support evidence-based sleep patterns.

We will also address the impact of social media pressures and the unregulated infant sleep industry, which often create unrealistic expectations about newborn and baby sleep. Our focus is on finding ways to celebrate this busy time in your life while developing strategies for self-care.

Babies are welcome and encouraged to attend class. Join us from anywhere across Canada for four-morning sessions.

Upcoming Session:

Dates: Monday, February 24; March 3; March 10; and March 17, 2025

Time: 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM (Online via Zoom)

Cost: $75 CAD per couple
