A must for all first-time parents in the Ottawa Area. Although the Bringing Baby Home Class came highly recommended to me, it still exceeded all my expectations and I definitely will telling all the mothers to be about it in the future.

Julia is EXCELLENT! She was very knowledgeable and very funny! She knew how to navigate those awkward and uncomfortable topics with care and grace. If we have a 2nd baby, I would love to have Julia as my midwife :)

I was a little skeptical to do this class through zoom, but I had heard so many good things in the Pregnant in Ottawa group, and am very happy we made the choice, as it was very well done.

Very very pleased. I'm difficult to impress, do a lot of research on my own and have very high (some would suggest too high) of expectations with very low tolerance to incompetence....i give Julia a 10/10 :D

We appreciated all the information presented in the Bringing Baby Home course. It not only filled in some of the gaps in our knowledge, but it put everything together in a way that let us get a solid idea of what life with baby will be like. We would definitely recommend it to any new parents. Our instructor was amazing - approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced (as a mother of four herself) - and she presented balanced views and dealt with controversial issues in a sensitive and accessible way.

She did a great job in making us feel comfortable to ask questions.

This course is a must for first time parents-to-be. All of my questions about general "baby maintenance" were answered in a friendly, non-judgemental environment. The section of class that goes over the various products available in the baby industry and what you need and don't need for taking care of a baby was very helpful. I feel better prepared for what to expect once labour is over and baby is home.

Great course! Erin is so knowledgeable. We feel like this course will save us a lot of money and angst once the baby is born. I really appreciated how current the information was and the information about local options we can use to get help and support. I wish every new family could take part in this course!
